5. Individually Handmade Jewellery As each piece has been individually handmade and or handcrafted, variations may occur. Please note that we do not make the Venetian Glass Beads or Murano Glass beads as Heart2Heart Creations directly imports these pieces from Murano, Venice Italy.
The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty & taxes and any other incidental charges that may apply within their country. This also includes any custom duties and or charges for returned parcels. Please note that Heart2Heart Creations does not include or charge GST in the price of my jewellery advertised for sales on this website.

Please Note: This option does not disclose your credit card details to Heart2Heart Creations. a. Click on 'Send Money'. b. Enter the recipient's email at: michele@heart2heartcreations.com.au c. Enter total amount including postage/shipping charges. d. For ' Type ' click on ' Goods ' (other). e. For ' Subject ' enter ' Jewellery Order '. f. Write a note that includes item number and description. g. Click on ' Complete '.
12. 30 Day Money Back

I proudly stand behind the quality of my merchandise and I guarantee all products to be as advertised. A money back guarantee applies to all returns made within 30 days of when the item was shipped. Exchange or returns do not apply on worn, altered or personally customised ordered jewellery. Please return he jewellery to me in its original condition within 30 days of the invoice date to receive a full refund (or a credit if you prefer) less shipping and handling costs.
Since all of my jewellery is handcrafted, I can only guarantee the quality of my products. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however every effort will be made to minimise any confusion caused by price fluctuations. Please note, that the photos of my jewellery may not be a true and accurate reflection of the excellent quality of Heart2Heart Creations jewellery displayed via this website. I work hard to remain unique and original in my designs and creations.
